1. Shipping & Delivery

Is shipping free?

Yes. Shipping is free for all orders within the United Kingdom. There are no hidden fees or minimum purchase requirements.

How long will it take to receive my order?

Orders are usually packed within 1–2 business days. Delivery across the UK typically takes 2–3 business days, so most customers receive items within 3–5 days.

Can I track my order?

Yes. Once your order ships, we send an email with a tracking number. You can use it on the courier’s website to check the status of your package.

What is your daily order cut-off time?

Orders placed before 5:00 PM (GMT) are processed the same day. Orders placed after this time will begin processing the next business day.

2. Returns & Refunds

What if my item arrives damaged or defective?

If your item arrives damaged or defective, please take a photo and email it to info@zelamida.store within 48 hours. We will either:

• Send a replacement item, or
• Issue a full refund

The choice is yours. In most cases, you do not need to return the damaged item, but we may request a photo for verification.

How long does a refund or replacement take?

Once we verify the defective item, refunds are usually issued, and replacements are shipped within 7 business days.
