At Zelamida, our goal is to provide a smooth and reliable shopping experience. We offer fast delivery on all orders within the United Kingdom. All payments are processed securely online via Stripe.

1. Shipping Cost & Payment Method

  • Shipping Cost: £0 on all orders within the United Kingdom
  • Minimum Purchase: None
  • Payment Method: Stripe payments only. We accept major debit and credit cards including Visa, MasterCard, American Express, JCB, Diners Club and digital wallets like Google Pay.
  • No Hidden Fees: The price displayed at checkout is the final price. No extra charges apply.

2. Delivery Timeline (UK Only)

Step Details
Order Cut-off Time 5:00 PM (GMT). Orders placed before 5 PM are processed the same day; orders after 5 PM are processed the next business day.
Handling Time 1–2 business days (Monday–Saturday)
Transit Time 2–3 business days (Monday–Saturday)
Total Estimated Delivery Time 3–5 business days

3. Order Tracking

Once your package is shipped, we will send a Shipping Confirmation Email with a tracking number and a link to track your parcel. Tracking updates may take up to 24 hours to appear on the courier’s system.

4. Shipping Destinations

We currently ship only to addresses within the United Kingdom. We work with reliable local couriers to ensure your office supplies arrive safely and on time.

5. Address Corrections & Changes

Please double-check your shipping address and phone number at checkout. If you need to update your address before dispatch, contact us immediately at info@zelamida.store.

6. Damaged or Missing Packages

  • Inspect the package upon delivery.
  • Take clear photos of the item and packaging.
  • Contact info@zelamida.store within 48 hours.
  • We will prioritize a replacement or refund for items damaged in transit.

7. Cancellations & Refunds

  • Cancellations: Contact us within 24 hours of placing your order. If the order has not yet been processed, we can cancel it.
  • Refunds: Refunds for returned or damaged items are processed via Stripe using the original payment method once the item is received and inspected.
