2. Approval & Instructions: Once your request is approved, we will provide a prepaid return shipping label or instructions for the return.
3. Pack & Ship: Securely pack the item and attach the provided label.
4. Tracking: Share the tracking number with us so we can monitor the return and process your request promptly.

4. Return Shipping Costs

We cover return shipping costs for defective or damaged items.

5. Restocking Fees

We do not charge any restocking fees for returned items.

6. Refunds or Replacements

• Once we verify the defective or damaged item, you may choose either a replacement or a full refund.
• Refunds are processed via the original payment method through Stripe.
• Refunds or replacements are usually completed within 7 business days.

• Customized or personalized items
• Perishable items

8. Cancellations

You may cancel your order within 24 hours of purchase. If the order has already shipped, please follow the returns process for defective items.
